FocusWP
FocusWP offers an incredible white-label service for agency owners, giving them a way to scale. But this client was a classic case of being too busy for their socials. Here's how I turned that around, made a tricky concept easy to grasp, and grew their following by 159%, and how I can do the same for you.

FocusWP was a Stellar Concept But Was Nearly Invisible on Socials

When I met Stephanie, she had a story I hear from so many business owners: amazing service, glowing clients, but just too buried in the day-to-day to give the social side any real attention. When we first met, there was:
-
No consistent posting
-
No voice that explained the value
-
No clear reason for anyone to care
I needed to build a community of business owners who actually wanted to be there, and show them exactly how FocusWP could help them scale without burning out.

The Strategy
I focused on showing what an agency becomes with FocusWP behind them: more room to scale and services they couldn't sell before. Someone didn't have to be an SEO expert to start offering SEO.
So I ran weekly delegation ideas on social, like updating WooCommerce pricing tables, handling plugin updates, and clearing the small site issues that frustrate clients. The goal was to make delegating feel obvious, and like a no brainer way to make more money.
I leaned on humor too, playing up the pain of doing it all yourself, so the community could see themselves in the content.

Made Delegation Feel Tangible Through Real Scenarios
Instead of explaining white-label services, I showed what life looks like with and without them. Content focused on missed deadlines, overloaded teams, and client pressure, then contrasted that with smoother workflows and freed-up time.
Here’s How I Turned That Strategy Into Content That Performed:

Reframed Delegation as Growth, Not Risk
I created content that challenged the idea that outsourcing means losing control. Messaging consistently showed how agencies could maintain quality while removing bottlenecks and taking on more work without hiring.

Leveraged The Community to Drive Growth
Focus had a vibrant Facebook community of agency owners that I wanted to double down on. I ran hangouts, discussions, and exclusive offers to drive more growth. Any major offer went to them first for feedback, so they felt valued.
